Meet Lisa

Lisa Rostek

MS, RDN, LD, IEDS

I grew up on a farm in rural South Dakota, where food meant community, connection, and care. I started in nursing school, detoured into a decade of massage therapy, and discovered my greatest strength was building genuine relationships. Nutrition became the natural next step — a way to integrate science, compassion, and connection into every session.

At Nutrition with Lisa, my goal is simple - to provide a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels seen and supported. Whether you’re navigating recovery or seeking sustainable health, you deserve care that respects your lived experience, honors your autonomy, and offers practical steps forward.

I’m not here to judge or sell perfection. I’m here to help you rebuild a relationship with food, body, and health — one rooted in trust, not trends.

Therapy-Informed Nutrition Care

We’ll use therapeutic tools to gently explore your relationship with food, body, and nourishment. This work is relational, not transactional. It has space to ebb and flow—just like you do.

  • Some sessions may feel deep and reflective.

  • Others may be brief check-ins or practical touchpoints.

  • All are valid. All are welcome.
